We are seeking a warm, professional hospital concierge to be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this vital role you will provide exceptional support and guidance to patients, families and visitors-ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from the moment they walk through the doors.

You will be meet & greet patients and visitors and escort patients to/from departments/wards.

This position also entails general hospital portering duties and patient transport.

Must have the following attributes –

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be calm, empathic and professional.
  • A strong team player with a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

 

Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $25.62 + superannuation + levels of experience and qualification.

About the Hospital
