We are seeking experienced Ward Clerk – Team Leader to join our team, working full-time at Warringal Private Hospital Private Hospital.

 

About the Role

As the Ward Clerk Team Leader, you will lead a skilled and enthusiastic team and utilise effective communication skill. Further to this, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, training and managing rosters for the Ward Clerk team and providing support and assistance to patients and their families in our ward.

 

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while being able to maintain good working relationships with others.  

You will also bring;

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Leadership skills
  • Advanced skills utilising the Microsoft office suite with ability to maintain data entry accuracy
  • High level time management and organisational skills
  • Certificate in Medical terminology highly regarded
  • A professional and personable disposition
  • Willingness to learn and the ability to grasp concepts with ease
  • Previous experience in a hospital administration position or other medical secretary position desired

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
