The Opportunity
Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a background Theatre. Pindara Private Hospital is currently seeking a skilled Scrub/Scout Registered Nurse to join our vibrant Theatre Recovery team on a casual basis.
This is your opportunity to work across a variety of surgical specialties including Plastics, Urology, orthopaedics and ENT, within a modern, well-equipped theatre environment. You will play a key role in supporting safe and efficient surgical outcomes while delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering excellence in patient care. You will bring:
- Proven clinical experience as a scrub/scout nurse or anaesthetics.
- A strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills and Experience
- Current registration with the AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- A minimum of 12 months theatre experience (either scrub/scout or anaesthetics).
- Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate the care needs of patients.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic clinical setting.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
