Join the dynamic and supportive Perioperative team at St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital. We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses with scrub/scout or anaesthetic experience to join us full-time.

About the Role

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective clinical care in line with current best practice.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative procedures.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Foster a positive team culture built on empathy, respect, and excellence.
- Respond effectively to changing situations and demonstrate strong clinical judgment.
About You
You are a confident, proactive nurse with a strong commitment to patient-centred care. You thrive in high-pressure environments and bring a solutions-focused mindset to your work. You value teamwork and continuous learning.
You will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Scrub/Scout Nurse across various specialties, or in Anaesthetics.
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt quickly and troubleshoot in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of current healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines.
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8).
