The Opportunity
Take on a key leadership role and facilitate the smooth operation of our Day Surgery Unit, incorporating 2 Endoscopy Units and processing room.
Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, you will lead and support staff, manage resources and ensure exceptional patient care is provided. You will mentor and lead a passionate nursing team, supported by an engaged leadership group.

Your Skills and Experience
You will demonstrate strong organisational skills to efficiently coordinate staff and resources, along with exceptional communication and leadership abilities. As a natural mentor, you thrive in inspiring your team to grow and deliver outstanding care.
- Registered Nurse with current full AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 5 years recent Endoscopy experience
- Post graduate qualification in the appropriate specialty is desirable
- Proven ability to act as a positive role model and as a professional at all times
Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from $55.92 - $ 57.76 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC Associate Nurse Unit Manager yr1-yr2)

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
