We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Public Contract Coordinator to become a key part of our team. Through the Surgery Connect program, public patients are referred to our private hospital for essential surgical care. 
 
In this pivotal role, you will:
 
• Coordinate with surgeons’ practices to schedule hospital admissions and surgical operations
• Oversee the full patient journey from referral to post-op reporting
Ensure accurate and timely communication back to the Surgery Connect team
Manage payments to doctors and diagnostic providers efficiently and on time
• You will be the central link between patients, surgeons, hospitals, and program administrators ensuring a seamless, professional, and compassionate care experience.

Essential Skills
 
• Strong organisational skills ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines with accuracy.
• Attention to detail ensures accurate scheduling, reporting, and payment processing.
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving ability 
• Time management 
• Team collaboration works well with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a healthcare administration, hospital coordination, or patient services role.
• Experience coordinating surgeries, specialist appointments, or hospital admissions.
