What you’ll do
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Pharmacist to be a part of our experienced team at Sunshine Coast University Hospital. As the Clinical Pharmacist specialising in Cardiac and Renal Care, you will provide specialised medication management across cardiac and renal admissions.
- Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings.
- Supervise, mentor, and support of Grade 1 pharmacists involved in ward duties.
- Deliver in-service education sessions.
- Actively contribute to the ongoing development of cardiac pharmacy services.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
- High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
- You love working in a collaborative team and thrive in a friendly working environment.
- Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
- A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
