About the Role
We are looking for Registered Nurses with Critical Care experience to join Hollywood Hospital’s Private Emergency Department on a permanent part time basis.
We have 13 treatment rooms and 1 Resuscitation Room, with access to Intensive Care and Coronary Care Units as well as Medical and Surgical specialties.
This is opportunity to develop your Emergency Nursing clinical skills, and for the right candidate, growing towards leadership opportunities.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset developed in a hospital setting as a trained nurse, with relevant experience in acute medical and surgical wards, as well as critical care areas such as Emergency Care, Cardiology, or ICU. You will demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to customer-focused service in line with Ramsay’s core values.
Your exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment will be key to your success in this position.
Essential:
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 1 year experience within a Critical Care area/acute setting
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an acute care hospital experience
- Ability to use initiative, work as a team member in fast paced environment
- Be able to respond appropriately to rapid change including sudden alterations in a patient’s clinical condition.
Remuneration: On offer is a full-time equivalent, base annual salary ranging from $75,436.57 - $99,268.14 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr8)
