Clinical Nurse – Multiple Positions Available!

The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for dynamic and innovative Clinical Nurses to assist the Medical Surgical Nurse Unit Manager to lead a diverse team of specialties in our Medical & Surgical Units.

This is a permanent Full-Time Role

It would be desirable that the successful applicants have experience in the speciality of surgical nursing and wound management or an enthusiasm to include this in your future practice. An interest in acute medical nursing with experience in telemetry would be an advantage. A thorough understanding of current scopes of practice for RN’s and EN’s and the model of team nursing is essential.

Essential Criteria: 

  • Relevant registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Three (3) years Post Graduate Experience in an area of specialty
  • Demonstrates excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service

Desirable Criteria: 

  • Post registration experience in a diverse surgical or medical environment
  • Excellent communication and ability to facilitate change
  • Proven ability to work as a team leader and foster a motivated team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience and involvement in Quality Improvement Processes

Remuneration

On offer is a Full-Time Equivalent salary ranging from;

  • $92,000 - $98,000 + Superannuation per annum based on experience level
