We are seeking a Registered/Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our state-of-the-art Endoscopy Unit at Pindara Private Hospital.
This is a Permanent Part-Time position offering 48 hours per fortnight.
About the Role
As a member of our team you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered within the ward. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the needs of each individual patient within your care. Our team prides itself on exceeding Ramsay’s high standards of care by always having a professional and positive attitude and creating a friendly, nurturing and comfortable environment for our patients.
You will work across a 7-day rotating roster with participation in on-call shifts.
To be successful in this role you will bring a strong clinical skillset with experience in acute care. You will be a positive and effective team player who brings excellent clinical and interpersonal skills to the unit. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage your time effectively to meet your responsibilities.
You will also demonstrate;
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Specialty experience in Endoscopy/Anaesthetics/PACU will be an advantage
- Competency in interventional endoscopic procedures is desirable, but not essential
- Any relevant post-graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded.
On offer is an hourly rate between;
$31 - $46 per hour + super based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties and allowances.
