We are seeking experienced Registered Nurse to join our Surgical / Rehab ward at Nowra Private Hospital.
About the Role
In this role you will be joining our surgical/rehab team. As a member of our clinical team you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients to ensure effective continuity of medical care throughout.
In this role you will report to the Nurse Unit Manager and you will be joining a team of passionate professionals driven to exceed Ramsay’s high standard of client care.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Nurse with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The flexibility to work morning/evening/night shifts will be key for this role.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in an acute care setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
- CNS opportunity available to the right applicant - Orthopaedic / Medical / Geriatrics / Rehab
- High Dependency Unit skills is desirable.
- Any postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded, though not essential.
On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $33.23 - $46.67 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)
