About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available to become an integral member of our growing team as a Registered Nurse. In the role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating care delivery needs to ensure a high level of quality patient care, in line with the core values and strategic direction of the department, Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Joining and supporting our private surgical ward, you will work alongside a dedicated and professional team that provides focused care to our patients. Our ward is a 30 bed private orthopaedics, plastics and medical overflow ward, providing dynamic experience and growth for our nurses.
About You
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of two years’ post registration experience with experience in an surgical setting
- Knowledge of current legislation and policies relating to nursing practice in the workplace
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to accept and promote Ramsay’s core values
- Flexibility to be able to work predominantly night shift
Candidates with postgraduate qualifications relevant to area of specialty will be highly regarded.
Remuneration
Full time equivalent $70,051.89 - $92,182.36 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr8)
