About the role

We are seeking a professional receptionist to work in our Psychology clinics on the Gold Coast.  It is preferable this person is available Thursday's however availability on other days would be advantageous.

This role will suit a part time student who is looking for a meaningful casual position or alternatively someone who offers flexibility and reliability in their week. 

This opportunity will see you responsible for providing support and assistance to patients and their families by managing enquiries, scheduling bookings and taking payment for appointments. You will also be responsible for the diary management of our team of Psychologists whilst keeping a tidy and presentable office environment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a professional administrative skillset and have the ability to create a positive first impression for our patients and their families each and every interaction.

You will also bring;

• Prior experience in a reception’s role
• Ideally experience working within the healthcare/medical industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Excellent customer service skills, in person and on the phone
