About The Role

Near the beautiful Hunter Valley, Lake Macquarie Private Hospital is regarded as one of the premier facilities in this region.

Owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, Australia’s largest and most respected private hospital operator, Lake Macquarie Private Hospital is a comprehensive cardiac/vascular surgical and diagnostic facility which focuses on advanced cardiac, surgical and interventional procedures.

To accommodate our growing service, we are currently seeking JMOs and CMOs to work in our FACEM led Emergency Department and on our Wards.

Your Skills and Experience

• Hold General registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) or be eligible for registration under the Competent Authority pathway
• Minimum two years post graduate experience in an Australian hospital or equivalent
• Experience in Emergency Medicine and / or General Medicine
• Ability to participate in a 7-day rotating roster
• Full time preferred, part-time and casual hours considered
