The Opportunity

As a seasoned health executive, your role will involve shaping an ambitious strategic direction for Ramsay Clinic New Farm. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion, while also taking on the responsibility of promoting mental health and wellbeing within the community and providing support to individuals on their recovery journeys.

Knowledge and experience in mental health service delivery will enhance your early success. However, to excel in this role you’ll be a dynamic and visionary leader with a genuine passion for mental health reform. Your ability to engage with individuals with lived experience of serious and persistent mental distress, as well as those in caring roles, is crucial. The successful candidate will demonstrate a sincere interest in Ramsay as an organisation and bring substantial experience in a comparable senior executive environment.

Essential Criteria:

• Extensive senior management/executive experience
• Private hospital industry experience preferable
• Collaborative stakeholder engagement ability
• Strong business development, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Track record in quality improvement and organisational change
• Deep financial management expertise
• Proficiency in team building, people development, and in achieving high performance
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Clinical studies, or relevant professional experience are preferred.

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
