Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as our Customer Service & Administration Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry, is action orientated and has excellent communication skills. This role requires strong leadership abilities, as covers various administration functions within the hospital.




  • Oversee the daily operations of the hospital patient administration process which includes scheduling, verifying patient’s health fund coverage, providing accurate cost estimate / informed financial consent, patient administrative admission to hospital and concierge duties.
  • Ensure smooth admission and discharge processes for customers, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Implement and maintain front office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Train and develop front office staff to provide exceptional hospitality services.
  • Support the culture for continuous improvement and lead the change management process where required.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve front office operations.




  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in the hospital or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using administration systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
