Registered Nurses to join our surgical, rehab & day procedures units with permanent full-time, part-time & casual roles available!

About the Role

As a member of our surgical/medical team at Tamara Private Hospital, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.

Your Skills and Experience

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in an acute setting
• Recent experience working across surgical/medical
• Experience in a day procedures unit desired
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration

On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $36.65 - $51.47 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) [FTE $72,420.40- $101,704.72]

About Our Hospital

Tamara Private Hospital is an acute Hospital offering medical, surgical and rehabilitation. It has been a leading provider of healthcare for this community for over 40 years. With 45 beds, Tamara Private Hospital offers a comprehensive range of services including Bariatric, Dental, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedic, Urology, Vascular, ENT, Robotic Surgery, Paediatric ENT and Dental, Day Surgery and Medical services.

The Hospital has 4 Operating Theatres including state of the art Stryker Unit and a procedural room, 18 bed Rehabilitation Unit, a 4 bed High Dependency Unit along with ward accommodation for medical and surgical patients.

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
