The Opportunity

Join us as an Identity & Access Management Architect and lead the charge in shaping the future of our technology landscape! Your expertise will drive our strategic vision, ensuring our IAM systems are at the forefront of industry evolution. Be at the heart of our transformation, guiding the design and governance of strategic investments to match the dynamic needs of our organisation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and present business cases and process proposals to senior stakeholders, advancing enterprise Identity Management at Ramsay.
  • Lead strategy, design, and governance for IAM investments, ensuring alignment with evolving technology needs.
  • Design and implement comprehensive architectures for authentication, authorisation, MFA, SSO, PAM, LCM, and Access Management technologies.
  • Oversee architectural governance and provide technical leadership to solution designers and development teams.
  • Ensure technical designs and systems adhere to standards and meet business requirements for capacity planning and licensing.
  • Translate business needs into architectural patterns and solution designs, managing access to application functionality.
  • Act as a key escalation point for IAM enhancements, proposing improvements to meet changing business needs.
  • Maintain expertise in industry/vendor products and solutions and develop recommendations for addressing process challenges and emerging threats.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience in designing IAM solutions and platforms.
  • Skilled in providing technical input for strategic planning and designing identity models for lifecycle management, SSO integration, and federation.
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities for architectural documentation and advisory services.
  • Proven expertise in developing IAM infrastructure architectures, including Okta, Entra ID, and SAML.
  • Proficient in researching new identity technologies and addressing gaps in business processes.
  • Experienced in managing access entitlements with Active Directory and Okta.
  • Trusted advisor to stakeholders, enhancing core business processes with IAM solutions.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across various organisational levels.

Desirable

  • Over 10 years of IT experience, including 6+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM) domains.
  • Background in working within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in Cloud Identity Management.
  • University degree in Information Technology or related technical field, with additional computing qualifications.

Requirements
