About the role
In this role, you will deliver a high level of customer service with regards to Accounts Payable, Asset Managements and general administration functions within the Finance team including VIM Workflow management, reviewing invoice coding, directing in approval workflow, and managing Capex and Opex purchases.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised and dedicated administrative professional. Crucial to this role will be a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the time management skills.
You will also demonstrate the following:
Essential
- Accounting qualifications.
- Understanding of GL accounts, cost centres and coding procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and perform tasks in a timely manner, with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for continued learning and improvement.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
Desirable
- Knowledge of SAP computerised accounting system.
- Understanding of integrated computer systems.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment.
- Experience and understanding of Asset and Capital Management procedures with control of company assets.
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $36.39 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
