Network Maintenance Manager
Albury Wodonga Private, West Albury
We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and proactive Maintenance Manager to join our Ramsay hospitals in the Albury Wodonga region! Permanent Full-time position.
About the Role
In this role, you will undertake and manage all engineering and building maintenance activities to ensure that all building, plant and equipment is maintained to an agreed acceptable safe and operational standard.
You will also effectively supervise and retain maintenance contractors or staff as required, to ensure provision of an efficient and effective comprehensive engineering maintenance service that complies with legislative standards, corporate policy guidelines and approved Hospital budgets.
You will report to the Director of Finance and Support Services.
What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to all customers, staff and stakeholders.
You will also have:
- Qualification as a Trades person
- Previous experience in commercial facility maintenance, preferably hospitals
- Previous experience in a management / leadership role
- Proven experience in external contractor management, including negotiation of maintenance contracts
- Experience managing defect and warranty periods
- Ability to perform work across trades areas within skill levels
- Demonstrated understanding of WH&S requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of accreditation / certification processes
- Experience in and ongoing commitment to Quality Improvement principles
- Good mechanical aptitude and demonstrated problem solving skills
- Sound level of computer literacy skills
- Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in Hospital maintenance role
- Qualifications in Management
- Qualifications in Fire Safety Training
- Qualification /completion of relevant training in Issuing Work Permits.
Remuneration: On offer is base annual salary ranging from $90,000 - $100,000 + superannuation, which is based off qualifications and levels of experience.

- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
