About the Role

A unique opportunity exists for an Occupational Therapist to become involved in our hospitals growth and development with a new 20 bed inpatient rehabilitation ward opening in February 2025.

This opportunity will see you working with our inpatients alongside a dedicated allied health and clinical team, providing a variety of rehabilitation programs for patient care and recovery.

Skills and Experience

• Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registered
• Experience including medical and surgical inpatients rehabilitation is desirable
• Passion and enthusiasm for being part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
• A flexible approach to work in a developing service
• Highly developed assessment and intervention skills
• Demonstrated organisational skills and effective communication skills
• Provide a quality customer focused service

Remuneration

A base hourly rate ranging from $40.75 - $60.98 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Health Professionals Grade1-2).

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
