About the Role
Cain Ward is a dynamic 32 bed Cardiothoracic unit providing pre and post-operative care to patients undergoing surgical and interventional cardiac procedures. We also provide care for medical admissions who are admitted via the emergency department, and direct admissions from our specialist’s rooms.
About You
Do you have the following skill set?
Essential Criteria:
- Current registration with APHRA as Registered or Enrolled Nurse
- 3 + years current postgraduate experience in an acute surgical or cardiothoracic setting
- 7 day rotating roster encompassing all shifts
- Opportunities for staff looking for permanent night shift available
- Recent and relevant experience in cardiothoracic nursing highly desirable.
Relocation assistance and sponsorship may be available to eligible applicants who meet all essential criteria!
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from:
Registered Nurse/ Registered Midwife $36.65 - $51.47 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) [FTE $72,420.40- $101,704.72]
Enrolled Nurse (medication Endorsed) $32.96 - $35.88 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1-thereafter) [FTE $65,128.96 - $70,898.88]
