The Opportunity
The Southport Private Hospital provides a 42-bed rehabilitation unit, offering inpatient and day programs for orthopaedic, neurological, amputee, musculoskeletal, pain management, arthritis, and pulmonary rehabilitation.

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of two (2) years experience (Rehabilitation experience is preferred)
- Recent experience in a medical ward
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
Remuneration
On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8)

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
