About the role

Step into a crucial position as a theatre Orderly, where your role is central to upholding a pristine and secure atmosphere within our Theatre Department. Your key duties involve meticulous adherence to hospital and regulatory standards in all cleaning tasks.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with and supporting clinical staff
• Cleaning and waste removal
• Ensuring theatres are set up for surgical procedures, with equipment checks
• Safely transporting patients between wards.

 Your Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in an Operating Theatre (essential)
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Be available for a range of shifts across a 7-day rotating roster.

Remuneration: On offer is a base hourly rate from $26.50 - $31.98 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Support Services EA Level 1 Yr 1 To Level 2 Yr 4)

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
