The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Enrolled and Registered Nurses to join our Scrub Scout Team. This role will have you performing duties working within our Operating Theatres. This role will see you working as part of a collaborative and team orientated environment.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
- Minimum two (2) years in a perioperative nursing role essential
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
Remuneration
On offer is hourly base salary of:
Enrolled Nurses: $32.96 - $35.88 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1-thereafter) [FTE $65,128.96 - $70,898.88]
Registered Nurses: $36.65 - $51.47 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) [FTE $72,420.40- $101,704.72]

- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
