About the Role
Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Nurse Manager to join our team in a key leadership position on a permanent full-time basis.
The Staffing Hospital Coordinator will be accountable for the efficient and effective operational management of the hospital. Manages staff on permanent and casual pool. This role encompasses workforce planning and utilisation, clinical problem solving and patient flow. Working closely with and supporting executive, clinical managers and shift leaders, this role is essential to ensure excellence in care delivery in line with best practice and legislative requirements, inclusive of effectively managing the resources and need of the business.

You will possess a wealth of clinical expertise coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will enable you to coordinate and inspire a large team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.
You will also bring:
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Strong leadership skills and effective role model
- Previous experience or exposure to managing clinical staff recruitment, rostering and performance management
- Experience in patient flow, bed management and staffing is highly desirable
- Sound Computer skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Post-graduate studies in an appropriate speciality or management qualifications will be highly regarded.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
