Supply Administration Officer

Linacre Private Hospital, Hampton

Part Time Role

 

The Opportunity

The Supply department procures and manages the delivery of a wide range of clinical and non-clinical consumables, equipment, and capital items across the Hospital.

The successful person will be responsible for picking and packing orders, unpacking stock, the delivery of supplies, and much more. Overall, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient supply service for the Hospital.

 

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. You will have a strong team focus and the ability to be flexible with shifts.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Experience in working in a service focused, busy supply environment
  • Previous experience in hospital supply desired
  • Proven ability to successfully undertake complex tasks and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Experience with SAP and RF Scanners (desirable)
  • Sound computer skills (experiencing using MS Office programs)

 

Remuneration

On offer is base hourly rate of $30.73 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
