About The Role

This role will see you act as a professional resource, lead, and support person for your fellow team members, and to provide patients with a high standard of dedicated and specialised care.

You will be joining our friendly ward 25 specialising in urology and gynaecology.

About You

An experienced senior nurse with high-level organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with proven leadership qualities and developed clinical problem-solving skills.

You will be a positive role model with a natural ability to mentor and support patients and staff.

You will also demonstrate:

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA Registration
• A minimum of 3 years ‘experience
• Demonstrated advanced level of experience in Urological/Gynaecology
• Ability to collect and analyse data.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently as required

Remuneration

A base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
