Drive seamless Workday support, solve HRIS challenges and deliver exceptional service as a key member of our team!

 

About the Role

The Workday Support Assistant will be the first point of contact for HRIS support, troubleshooting Workday queries and ensuring seamless system functionality. As a key member of the Workday Support Team, you will provide excellent customer service and support to stakeholders in relation to Workday, including administrating and triaging the Workday Help system.

If you hold strong HRIS knowledge, problem-solving skills and a passion for efficiency, this may be the perfect role for you.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Workday Help System
  • Be the primary point of contract for troubleshooting and resolving Workday related issues, providing expert guidance and support on processes and functionality to all stakeholders
  • Track, monitor and resolve inquiries/requests regarding Workday in a quality and timely manner 
  • Escalate inquiries/requests of a more complex nature to subject matter experts within the HR team
  • Foster positive relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Play a vital role in the ongoing success and evolution of the HR technology landscape

 

Essential Skills and Experience

  • A positive and engaging style where you put people first in everything you do
  • Previous experience as a HR Administration/Systems Assistant or similar role with exposure to operational responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Workday HRIS systems administration and workflows
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills in order to prioritise task appropriately
  • An outcome focused attitude and a consistent commitment to ongoing process improvement
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

 

Desirable:

  • Relevant HR or equivalent tertiary qualifications
  • Previous exposure to HR systems and tools, particularly PageUp and Chris21

 

You will need:

  • As this is a hybrid role, you will have a home office space that meets Ramsay’s health and safety standards, and suitable office equipment.
