About the Opportunity
Position: Psychologist – Grade 2
EFT: 30 hours per fortnight (0.4)
Location: WREN Inpatient unit service based at Ramsay Clinic Albert Road, Melbourne
Renumeration: Salary range: $48.48.45 to $55.40 per hour (as per current Ramsay Health Care Victoria Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement 2023) + super + higher qualification allowance if applicable
- This position will work within Wren’s inpatient unit service as a psychologist, you will be responsible for providing evidence based psychological group and individual interventions to participants admitted to this service.
- You will work collaboratively with participants, their networks and multi-disciplinary team members to provide effective short-term interventions to participants at Wren with complex presentations
- This role requires you to facilitate groups with participants at Wren
- You will support opportunities for quality improvement and service development at Wren
- This role will contribute to the ongoing learning and professional development of the Wren team
About You
To be successful in this role you’ll bring with you:

- Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical Psychology preferable)
- General Registration as a Psychologist. Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009 (preferable)
- Australian working rights and be willing to undergo a Background Check
- Experience providing treatment in the field of eating disorders (ANZAED Credential desirable)
- Experience providing treatment in the field of perinatal mental health
- Experience working within an acute mental health inpatient unit.

Requirements
- You must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- You must provide a current Working-With-Children check
- You must provide proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
