About the Opportunity
Position: Group Therapist
EFT: 45 hours per fortnight (0.6), ability to work weekends desirable
Location: WREN Inpatient Unit based at Ramsay Clinic Albert Road, Melbourne
Renumeration: Salary range is dependent on qualification held by applicant (as per current Ramsay Health Care Victoria Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement 2023) + super + higher qualification allowance if applicable
- This position will work within Wren’s acute mental inpatient unit as a Group Therapist
- You will be responsible for providing evidence based mental health interventions to groups of participants group admitted to Wren.
- You will support opportunities for quality improvement and service development at Wren
- This role will contribute to the ongoing learning and professional development of the Wren team
About You
To be successful in this role you’ll bring with you:
- A strong passion for safe best practice & quality care
- Commitment to patient-centred care delivery & advocacy
- Enthusiasm, compassion & ability to work collaboratively
- Relevant Allied Health degree
- Current AHPRA registration if relevant
- Experience in facilitating groups within the field of acute mental health
- Experience working within the field of eating disorders
- Experience working within the field of perinatal mental health
- Experience working within an acute mental health inpatient unit
- Current Driver’s Licence

Requirements
- You must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- You must provide a current Working-With-Children check
- You must provide proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
