Mt Wilga Private Hospital is looking for a dynamic and experienced administrative all-rounder to provide casual support across admissions, therapy reception, and NDIS services. Your Key Skills and Experience
- Strong administration experience essential
- Experience working within a hospital or healthcare setting is desirable
- Strong customer service and communication skills – must be able to confidently communicate well with our patients and their families/carers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Positive and flexible approach to work
- Familiarity with Meditech, Timetrade or Nookal software systems is desirable

The Hospital
Mt Wilga Private Hospital is a 119 bed specialist rehabilitation facility, with a busy day therapy unit and outpatient’s department situated in Hornsby, a peaceful area of Sydney’s Upper North Shore. Mt Wilga boasts an excellent clinical reputation as a leader in private rehabilitation.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
