The Opportunity
We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our Nursing Pool. This role will see you assigned shifts across multiple departments relevant to your experience, in order to support the operation of the hospital. This role will suit someone who has the ability to plan, prioritise and coordinate patient care, along with the ability to manage rapidly changing situations that affect patient care and workload.
Reporting to the relevant manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse
- Minimum two (2) years acute hospital experience
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
- Flexibility to move across different wards where required
Remuneration
On offer is base hourly salary ranging from $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8)

- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
