The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Hospital Orderly to join our team on a part-time or casual basis. This role requires flexibility, including the availability to support with night shifts.

Your duties will include:

• Assist with patient mobility and transport within the hospital.
• Deliver supplies, equipment, and specimens as required.
• Provide support to nurses and healthcare staff in patient care tasks.
• Assist with lifting and positioning patients safely.
• Adhere to hospital safety protocols and infection control procedures.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to lift and move patients safely.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Current Drivers Licence preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
