About the Role

In this role, you will report to and be guided by the Clinical Manager – Sterilising Services and the Sterilising Services Supervisors. You will be trained to complete the cleaning, inspection, wrapping and sterilisation of reusable medical devices (RMDs). Permanant Part time and Casual Positions available.

To ensure consistency and a continuous workflow between Sterilising Services, Theatres, Wards and Medical Suites you must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team while maintaining the high operational standards of the department. 

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience in Sterilisation Services within a hospital setting. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Criteria:

• Certificate III in Sterilisation or willing to attain.
• Previous experience in Flexible Endoscope and Ultrasound Probe processing desirable but not essential
• Ability to work rotating am/pm roster and night duty

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
