What you’ll do 

Join our team and take charge of our Pharmacy operations at Ramsay Pharmacy Queen Street Mall! As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the on-site pharmacy team and deliver high quality pharmacy services to our valued customers and patients. Ramsay Pharmacy Queen Street is perfectly positioned in the heart of the Brisbane CBD giving you the opportunity to build your career and maximise your lifestyle!  

• Lead our pharmacy operations, professional pharmacy services, and medication supply, to provide high-level service for our valued patients and customers.  

• Provide mentorship to enhance and develop the skills of the team, while cultivating a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel. 
• Be proactive in implementing initiatives to encourage operational efficiencies, stock management and growth of the pharmacy.

What you’ll bring  

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA 

• Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines. 

• High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software 

• Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential  

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:  

• Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases 

• A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
