Join our friendly team as an Administration Officer
The Position:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. We are seeking a professional and team-oriented individual to join our front-of-house team at the main reception of a private hospital. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming and efficient experience. Key responsibilities include verifying patient admission coverage, facilitating a smooth and streamlined admissions process, and always representing the hospital with professionalism and care. We are looking for a staff member who thrives in working within a multidisciplinary team and will be committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to provide patient administration services
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage several databases ensuring precise data entry.
- Ability to work autonomously (or in a team environment).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven organisational skills and initiative
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to uphold and promote the Ramsay Way core values.
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $28.93 + superannuation + levels of experience and qualification.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
