Southern Highlands Private Hospital is seeking a motivated GP Liaison Officer to strengthen connections with the local general practice community. Our 73-bed facility offers a wide range of medical, surgical, rehabilitation, oncology and palliative care services. Collocated with Bowral and District Hospital, we support patients across the Southern Highlands and surrounding regional areas.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO this role plays a key part in strengthening relationships between the hospital and local general practitioners. You'll promote our hospital's services and specialists, helping improve referral pathways and patient access to care.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs and practice teams
- Promote hospital services and medical specialists
- Coordinate and support medical engagement activities and events
- Represent the hospital within the wider medical community
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in GP or medical liaison (essential)
- Knowledge of general practice and the healthcare landscape
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
- Marketing or business development experience (desirable)
- Proficiency in digital tools and reporting
- A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (car allowance provided)
