About the Roles
These roles support our surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses, and patients through high-quality administrative service. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and contribute to a smooth hospital experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

Theatre Booking Clerk (Full-Time)

  • Coordinate and manage theatre bookings for private and public patients.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling data.
  • Liaise with surgeons and clinical staff.
  • Manage elective surgery waitlists.

 

Administration Officer (Casual)

  • Support patient admissions and bed management.
  • Answer queries from patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Prepare patient documentation and maintain records.

 

What You will Bring:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven admin experience, ideally in healthcare.
  • High attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and patient systems (e.g. Meditech).
  • Medical terminology knowledge (desirable).

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
