The Opportunity
We are seeking Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Theatre Team specialising in Clinical Products.
The Clinical Product Nurse supports quality, safety, use of clinical products, ensuring contract compliance and efficient stock management within the theatre department.
In this role you will:
- Oversee clinical product and consumable usage and purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with Ramsay Group Procurement contracts.
- Support stock control through SAP system maintenance.
- Enhance patient care by optimising product availability and quality.
You will be working and collaborating within our multidisciplinary team and engage with various stakeholders
You will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Perioperative Management, Supply Team to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Skills and Experience
You will have exceptional customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills and also meet the following criteria:
- Relevant registration with the AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years in perioperative specialty as a Registered Nurse
- Experience with perioperative clinical products
- Ability to work Shift-work roster
- Post-graduate qualification, undertaking same or working towards
- Excellent time management skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills to ensure excellence customer service is delivered.
Remuneration
On offer is base hourly rate of $55.17 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW Clinical Nurse/Midwifery Specialist)
