About the Role
In this role you will be joining our Protea Ward, which is a 30-bed mixed medical Surgical Ward. You will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a Critical Care Nurse.
You will hold a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The flexibility to handle a rotating roster is essential.
Essential criteria:
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse.
- Minimum two (2) years in a hospital setting
- Enrolled Nurses will be medication endorsed and IV Qualified
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
