We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Public Contract Coordinator to become a key part of our team. Through the Surgery Connect program, public patients are referred to our private hospital for essential surgical care.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Coordinate with surgeons’ practices to schedule hospital admissions and surgical operations.
- Oversee the full patient journey from referral to post-op reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication back to the Surgery Connect team.
- Manage payments to doctors and diagnostic providers efficiently and on time.
- You will be the central link between patients, surgeons, hospitals, and program administrators ensuring a seamless, professional, and compassionate care experience.

Essential Skills
- Strong organisational skills ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines with accuracy.

- Team collaboration works well with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a healthcare administration, hospital coordination, or patient services role.
- Experience coordinating surgeries, specialist appointments, or hospital admissions.

Requirements
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
