Strathfield Private Hospital are seeking Supply Officer's to join our Supply team on a Casual basis!
About the Role
This opportunity will see you support the theatre departments by ensuring adequate stock is available when required. Responsible for provision of usage reports to enable the establishment of appropriate stock levels to meet organisational objectives.
You will also be responsible for the ordering, receiving and storing of stock in relevant locations/stock levels in accordance with hospital purchasing and inventory control policies and procedures.
About You
You will be a highly organised and process focused individual with a willingness to learn new processes & critique them ongoing. Crucial to this role will be a high level of accuracy and time management skills with a strong team focus. An intermediate level of computer literacy/knowledge is required for this role with further training provided where required.
Essential Criteria:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Computer literacy skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Work & Outlook.
- Positive & uplifting customer service skills.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in a hospital environment supply role
- Previous experience with SAP or other Inventory/Stock management software.
- Previous experience with Prosthesis usage data entry
- Previous experience with stocktake process & procedure.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
