About the Role
As a valued member of our Catering Team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional food service by preparing patient meal trays, taking meal orders, and assisting with food preparation tasks.
Successful candidates must have the ability to work shifts across a 14-day rotating roster which may involve weekdays, weekend, and public holidays, working a variety of shifts starting from 0530, 0630, and 1400, 1430.
Your skills and Experience
- Exceptional customer service
- Being responsive and sensitive to customer information, their needs and wants
- Setting up and plating
- Undertake cleaning duties throughout the department and at ward level whilst keeping in line with HACCP/Food Safety regulations infection control and hospital standards
- Dishwashing
- Demonstrate a great work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work loads
- Be reliable, motivated and have a friendly nature
- Allergy control awareness
- Experience within the healthcare industry desirable.
Remuneration: On offer is a base hourly rate of $28.71 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
