What You’ll Be Doing

As our Pharmacist in Charge, you’ll be at the heart of our new store, guiding a close knit team and delivering exceptional care to our customers and patients. Your role will include:

• Providing key services such as vaccinations, medication checks, and webster packing
• Collaborating with local GPs and allied health professionals to deliver integrated patient care
• Driving community engagement and promoting the pharmacy locally
• Mentoring new team members and fostering a supportive onboarding experience
• Creating a positive, high-performing team culture
• Receiving ongoing support and leadership development opportunities through Ramsay

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a forward thinking pharmacist who thrives in a collaborative, growth focused setting:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) + current AHPRA registration
• Proven leadership skills and a passion for team development
• Strong understanding of medication safety and pharmacy legislation
• Tech-savvy with experience in dispensing software
• Community pharmacy experience 

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay Pharmacy may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
