About the Role
We have a new & exciting opportunity for multiple positions for Registered Nurses to join our team for a new Transitional Care Unit (TCU) at Glengarry Private Hospital. The TCU will provide short term care to optimise the functioning and independence of the older person who requires more time and support to make decisions on their long-term care options.
The successful candidate’s will be available to work a rotating roster of morning and afternoons including weekends and night shifts.
Your Skills and Experience
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an acute hospital setting
- Experience in Transitional Care desirable
- Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in team and independently as required.
Remuneration: On offer is a full-time equivalent salary ranging from $75,436.57 - $99,268.14 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr8)

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
