The Opportunity
John Flynn Private Hospital is seeking a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified, Endorsed) to join our dedicated Oncology team in Medical Ward 6A.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a 24-bed Oncology Ward caring for a diverse oncology caseload in a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, patient-centred care, and professional growth.

• Deliver expert nursing care to oncology patients in an acute ward setting.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to achieve the best outcomes.

About You

You are a dedicated and adaptable nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a compassionate approach to patient care.

Your Skills and Experience

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Medication endorsed and IV qualified.
• Minimum 2 years’ acute hospital experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and prioritisation skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Post-registration qualification in Oncology (highly regarded but not essential).

Remuneration: An hourly rate, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances: $35.78 - $39.96 + superannuation (QLD Enrolled Nurse Level 1-2)

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
