Beleura Private Hospital is home to six operating theatres, supporting a broad range of surgical specialties. We are currently seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our dynamic Theatre team, with a focus on Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and General Surgery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role, where you'll work alongside the Nurse Unit Manager to lead a passionate team of nurses and clinical support staff in our perioperative department. You’ll champion excellence in patient care, foster a collaborative and positive team culture, and contribute to ongoing improvements in clinical practice.

Demonstrated experience as a perioperative nurse in an instrument/ circulating role is essential, particularly within Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and General Surgery.

 You will also bring;

  • Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Clinical leadership experience will be highly regarded.
  • Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.

 

Remuneration

A base hourly rate ranging from $55.92- $57.76 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
