Join our dedicated Clinical Education Team at Greenslopes Private Hospital as a Clinical Facilitator on a fixed-term, part-time (48 hours per fortnight) contract covering parental leave.
In this role, you will provide education, mentorship, and clinical expertise to nursing staff within our expanding Perioperative environment, supporting excellence in patient care under the guidance of the Perioperative Clinical Nurse Educator.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted education plans and facilitate department-based training.
- Conduct clinical competency assessments to support staff development.
- Provide hands-on clinical support and foster a positive learning culture.
About You
You are an experienced Registered Nurse with strong organisational and communication skills, a passion for education, and the flexibility to meet a range of learning needs throughout the anaesthetic’s environment. You will have a committed and proactive approach to professional development, demonstrated experience in training clinical staff and be an exceptional role model.
Essential Criteria
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum three years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in Anaesthetics.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in an education role (advantageous).
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40116).
- Postgraduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing or Education (or working towards).

- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
