About the Role
This opportunity will see you joining the Banksia Ward, predominantly a 30-bed general medical ward, and is a fantastic opportunity to further develop and grow your career in a leadership position by providing excellent clinical support and guidance to all members of the team.
The successful applicant will effectively coordinate and manage the ward, and ensure a strong commitment to customer service, safety and high-quality care, whilst demonstrating effective resource management.
About You
You thrive on problem solving, fostering a positive and supportive culture, and providing dedicated and specialised advice to your team members.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience
- Previous experience in a General Medical ward setting
- Post-graduate studies in management qualifications will be highly regarded
- Experience in management desirable
